WHEN GOD HELPS YOU III
Revelation 12:1-17
The story here is interesting. An innocent woman conceived and brought forth a man child. As she was rejoicing, the devil was strategizing how he would kill her and the child! That is what many are facing in life and destiny. There is always an enemy waiting at the edge of their breakthrough! Not to rejoice but to kill the joy. We decree this day that every enemy waiting to devour your joy shall be consumed by the Lord in Jesus name.
We are still considering how God helps. In our text, we see how God helped the woman. Firstly, the child was caught up to God in heaven where the dragon could not reach her. Whoever is waiting to kill your joy shall wait in vain. God shall protect that which gives you joy. It shall be beyond the reach of your enemies. Whatever represents your man child shall be kept and preserved in Jesus’ name. Don’t fear to dream. Start that business. Fear not. The Lord shall help you. No enemy can devour you and your dream.
Secondly, God enabled the woman to flee into the wilderness “where she had a place prepared of God that they should feed her there. . .” (Verse 6). Can you see the help of God? Before the trouble appeared, God had already prepared a place and people to feed her for as long as she would be there! With God as your Helper, you cannot be stranded. Just keep on trusting him.
Finally, we see the earth helping the woman. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. (Verses 15-16). No matter what the enemies throw at you, God will raise a standard against them. You shall be victorious. The Lord will cause the earth (the elements, climate, government policy etc.) to help and favour you. Go is your Helper.
PRAYER: I shall not be stranded in life and destiny in Jesus name. My vision shall live and not be aborted.
