Proverbs 4:18
Happy New Year once again! It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to 2026, Your Year of Exceptional Advancement. January is your month of Progressive Progress. We are motivated to encourage you to define today by the energy of fresh starts, new resolutions, and ambitious goals. Men often look at success in the context of instant breakthrough. While the thought of those moments is essential, they are merely the punctuation marks in a life defined by progressive progress. Today’s anchor scripture focuses on this: “But the path of the just is as the shining light that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”
Progressive progress is the quiet, consistent work that happens daily, long after the euphoria fizzles out. It is the commitment to being, as little as, 1% better today than you were yesterday. It is the realization that true transformation is not a single, elaborate New Year resolution, but a series of faithful, intentional steps taken in the right direction across all 365 days. It is the knowledge that the smallest daily effort, when compounded over time, yields the monumental results you are dreaming of by the end of the year.
Think of an architect building a skyscraper. They don’t simply wave their hand and see the tower appear. They pour the foundation, lay one brick at a time, install one window, and connect one wire. Each action, though small in isolation, is necessary and contributes to the final structure. Let your 2026 goals be your skyscraper. Begin to prioritize that 1% improvement daily, be it in your process, attitude, or relationships. Let go of the need for an instant miracle. Instead, embrace the dignity of daily effort. Trust the process of compounding action. When you look back on December 31st, 2026, you will realize that the great distances you have travelled were covered not by dramatic leaps, but by the accumulation of faithful, forward-moving steps taken every single day.
You are not where you were this time last year. Be sure you are continuously moving towards where you want/are meant to be. This year is yours. Keep taking the next right step.
