ALL YOU NEED IS GRACE
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV)
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11(NKJV)
But the path of the just is as a shining light, shining more and more unto a perfect day. Proverbs 4:18
God’s plans for your life are good. Just take a look at the scriptures quoted above. That is who you are in the sight of God, your Maker. You are special. His plans for you are for you to have a great future and a hope. He wants you to prosper more each day. All you need to actualize God’s dream for your life is ‘just a drop of grace’. You do not necessarily need long prayers; you may not need perfect grammar; you simply need “a drop of grace” All you need, to make a difference as you move from one season to another, is ‘just a drop of grace’
WHAT IS GRACE?
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 1 Corinthians 5:10 (NKJV)
People have defined grace to mean many things. Some say grace is favour and they are right. Some even call it unmerited favour, what we do not deserve. Favour itself has been defined as being served first even though it may not go round’. It is like random sampling. God just closes His eyes, chooses you. He finds out that it is you and there is nothing He wants to do about it but just to polish you and make you look like what He wants.
The favour of God is the shovel that digs a man out of the pit and makes him to go to the palace. The favour of God removes and relocates a man from behind; the behind address and puts him in the front; the favour of God makes the poor and the beggar to be taken from the dunghill and from the dust and to sit among princess.
PRAYER: Bless me O Lord with the Grace I need for my next level.
