GRACE FOR KINDNESS AND GOODNESS

Galatians 5:22-23

The characteristics of “kindness” and “goodness” are closely related. Together they present the picture of one who not only possesses moral goodness and integrity, but also generously expresses it in the way they act toward others. This “goodness in action” reflects God’s kindness and goodness toward us. God demonstrated His kindness and goodness to us in our salvation (Titus 3:4) and will continue to “show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness toward us” for all eternity. (Ephesians 2:7)!

You as a believer need to seek to be close to the Holy Spirit on a per second basis. He will guide you to know when and what to do per time. Always have this at the back of your mind that, the fruit is spirit-rated. It has a great recompense of reward both in this world and beyond. Note: It is only a person being guided by the Holy Ghost that can be good to others when they least merit such. God showed us love by sending Jesus to die for our sins while we were yet sinners, (Eph.2:8). He gave love…being good to us and today He has millions of us worshiping Him. It is a seed, it will reproduce same for you in the nearest future or in the immediate as God wanted.

Don’t forget that, human beings are endeared to people who care to show them kindness and goodness in this selfish world.

It should be noted that, as you grow this fruit … it should be expressed for others to partake of same from your way of life. The world is experiencing a scarcity of good and kind people who do so for non-selfish-reasons. You as a believer are to represent God to show this to your household and others who cannot reciprocate same.

MEDITATION: Being good and kind have great recompense of reward in this lfve and with God.

PRAYER: Oh Lord, let my life be an example of this fruit thereby enhancing me to bring others to Christ.
