BLESSINGS ABOUNDING
Amos 9:11-13
We thank the Almighty God for the privilege to see this day. The fact that you are alive to read this is a miracle. When we go to sleep, we become powerless. It is only God alone that has the power to wake us up. It is not by your alarm clock nor the shaking of your neighbour that wakes you. There is sufficient trouble for each day (including the night). So if you step out in the morning, come back in the evening, go to sleep and then wake up, know that it is God. David said: I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me
What a great God! What a merciful Father. Like the Word says, it is by His mercies that we are not consumed. If the enemy were to have his way, none of us would be alive to see this day. We therefore urge you to join us in giving praise to the Almighty God, the great God of Agape. Day in, day out, He did well by us. In it all, we lost no one and lost nothing. To God alone be the glory for ever and ever.
As we step into the second half of this Year, let his praise continuously be on your lips. Never let a day pass without you taking time to thank God. Let your cup of gratitude continuously overflow before the Lord. He alone is worthy. If we are alive and able in anything, all praise unto His holy name. Of our own selves, we can do nothing; we cannot have anything or achieve anything. It is in Him we live, move and have our being.
Remember the theme of this year? It is EXCEPTIONAL ADVANCEMENT. Recall His mighty works in your life in the first six months? Indeed, our God is good. He did not bring us this far to leave us to suffer. No. He has brought us this far to bless us in a greater dimension, than we have ever witnessed. In the next six months, your blessings shall abound so much that there will come out a greater, healthier and wealthier you! You are set to receive restoration of all that may have been lost in the previous months. You may have seen storms: they were for a purpose to strengthen you to soar above future storms. You are configured to soar and soar you will in the mighty name of Jesus.
In this second half, God will make everything right again. Check his promises in the text for today. He says he will raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen and close up the breaches thereof and will raise up his ruins, and build it as in the days of old (verse 11). Be rest assured. God will raise you. He will build you. He will restore your lost glory and lift you beyond your expectations
PRAYER: Thank Him for his promises to actualize them in your life.
