GOD WILL HELP YOU II
Psalm 54:1-7
If you want someone to help you, one primary thing to consider is ability: is he able to help you? Does he have the knowhow? Can he? Every human being has his strengths as well as limitations. No one can do everything! But this is not the case with God.
Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee Jeremiah 32:16
He can do everything. He does not need to learn any skill before displaying dexterity on any endeavour. He doesn’t need to study Geology to know about stones. He measures all the hills and mountains in the whole world on a scale. He doesn’t need to go to the school of Hydrology to study water components. He measures the waters in all the seas and the rivers in the whole world in His palms. What an awesome God! He can do all things. His ability to do things is matchless. There is nothing difficult for Him to do. He is the God of possibilities. Your challenging mountains are too small for Him to handle. What makes you afraid cannot make Him afraid. His ability to do all things is the reason why your case is a settled case.
This is the One who says I am your Helper. He has the resources. He is trustworthy. He has the pedigree. He is willing. He will help you. His integrity is matchless. With God there is no variableness, nor shadow of turning. He said in His word, I am the Lord I change not therefore the sons of Jacob are not consumed. He does not change in the face of odds. God’s integrity is the integrity of His words. It is the foundation for all creation. In spite of the various variable factors all around us, God is constantly constant. He will never change, no matter what. Nothing has the capacity to change God. He has been true all ages. He is not about to change now. Whatever He was yesterday, He is today, and will be tomorrow.
God is not man, He cannot lie. It is impossible for Him to lie. If He says He will wipe your tears, just trust Him to do exactly so. If He says you will carry your own baby, don’t think it is too late for that word to come to pass. If he says everything that you’ve lost will be restored in million folds, believe it. If He says tomorrow about this time there will be a complete turnaround in your finances, dare to believe because He doesn’t need twenty-four hours to change your story. Whatever He says, he stands by it to bring into fulfillment. He said I watch over my word to bring it to pass. Beloved, this is the HELPER you have.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, be my Present Help all year round.
