JOYFUL SOUNDS
1 kings 18:41, Luke 15:22-27
Welcome to September, your month of Joyful Sounds. We all know what it means to be joyful. It is a word referring to being extremely happy; having delight and pleasure as well as causing great happiness. There is no room for sorrow or mourning in your dwelling this month. Sound can be described as vibrations that travel through the air or another medium and can be heard when they reach a person’s or animal’s ear. Joyful Sounds will then connote that what will emanate from you will be joyful and will also produce joy to the hearer. The word of God says “shouts of Joy shall come forth from the tabernacle of the Righteous”.
This month, we are calibrated for the best. No shame. No sorrow. Those waiting for your shame will wait forever. Those that don’t want you to be lifted will wait forever. In their very eyes, God will lift you and give you the best in the name of Jesus. Every form of communication to and from your end shall produce joy.
We can hear the sound of abundance. It is coming your way. It is a joyful sound. There’s a shift in the atmosphere as God is arranging things. Esther 3:1-7. God wants you to rejoice. He is bringing joy your way. God is wiping away tears from people’s faces. Your sound will not be silenced in Jesus name.
Accessing this promise will require obedience from your end. See all that transpired between Elijah and the king. Elijah followed God’s instruction in preparing and offering the sacrifice. King Ahab also obeyed the instruction to run even when there was no tangible proof that it would rain. Trust God. Do his will. Follow his principles. Be a spreader of joy.
PRAYER: From today, I shall no longer be sorrowful and sad. The joy of the Lord shall be manifested in my life. I’m stepping out of sorrow into my joy. My joy shall be full. I walk into my realm of rest. It is my season of joy.
