SPREAD THE GRACE.

Psalm 84:1-11

Grace is for all but Great Grace is for few. Our bible text says God will give grace and glory; he will not withhold good things from those that walk uprightly.  Paul said he was who he was by the grace of God. What is Grace? We have defined it severally in this treatise. But for emphasis, grace is simply defined as unmerited favour; that which comes to you without effort; (1 Corinthians 4:7).

What is it that you have that was not given you? Why all the boast then? The position you are today is by grace. Many people competed for that post but you were chosen. Look at yourself. What do you have that others don’t have? Some of them are even better than you, but grace made it to happen.

If you have enjoyed a little bit of grace and life is this good, imagine what it would feel to have great grace bestowed upon you. Great Grace is for those who walk uprightly and it is the harbinger of great things. The question to ask is; are you walking uprightly? Are you using your present position to glorify God and to serve humanity? Are you not trying to build an empire around yourself? How many people can stand and give glory to God because of you? How many lives have you impacted?

The grace that is bestowed upon you is too great to be wasted. Let not God regret that he had bestowed such grace upon you. Do all within your means to extend the benefits of that grace to others. Let somebody go to bed praying for you and appreciating your God rather than cursing the day he met you. Extend the hand of fellowship to somebody today and see how God will reward you.

Preaching the gospel is spreading grace. Somebody preached the word to you before you encountered the grace for salvation. According to Titus 2:11- 14:

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

The grace for salvation is the foundation of every other grace man can enjoy. Soul winning is spreading grace. Be a soul winner. Spread the grace.

PRAYER: Dear Father, let not your grace upon my life be wasted in Jesus name.
