THE GREAT COMMISSION
Mark 16:15
As a Possibilitarian, you would be aware of Operation Gospel Invasion, OGI for short. OGI is a move of God using Agape to advance his kingdom on earth. Mark 16:15 says, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” As possibilitarians, we are called to share the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone, everywhere we find ourselves.
This verse is known as the Great Commission, and it is a command from Jesus to His followers to spread the gospel to all nations. We’re not just called to share the gospel with our friends and family, but with everyone, including those who are far from God.
Let’s take a moment to examine our lives. Are we sharing the gospel with those around us, or are we keeping it to ourselves? Are we recognizing that the gospel is for everyone, and that we’re called to be part of God’s plan to reach the world? Our father has equally shared the new mandate of gospel invasion with all of us his children in the Agape family. It is a task that must be done. Join the flow and be a soul-winner. Hell must be depopulated!
Some examples of sharing the gospel include the story of Peter, who preached to the crowds on the day of Pentecost, and the apostle Paul, who traveled the world sharing the gospel. We can apply these examples to our own lives by trusting God for guidance and provision, just as these individuals did.
For instance, we can share the gospel by telling our friends and family about Jesus, and by being a light in our communities. We can also pray for opportunities to share the gospel, and trust God to give us the courage and wisdom to do so.
In times of uncertainty and doubt, we can remind ourselves of God’s faithfulness and goodness, trusting that He’ll continue to work all things for our good. We can also encourage one another, building each other up in our faith and love for God.
MEDITATION: Preaching the gospel is a must! It is God’s power unto salvation to me.
PRAYER: “Oh Lord, help me to share the gospel with those around me, and to be part of Your plan to reach the world. Give me the courage and wisdom to speak Your truth, and help me to trust Your goodness and sovereignty in all things. Help me to remember that the gospel is for everyone, and that I’m called to be a part of it. Amen.”
