ALL YOU NEED IS GRACE II

Genesis 33:1-11

Whenever you need favour, just ask for grace. Grace and favour are intertwined. They are two sides of the same coin. When you are graced, you are favoured. The favour of God, the grace of God makes you to become a mystery.  You too do not fully understand how two plus two is equal to four in your life.  You cannot explain it.  You just know that there is a force behind your life.  And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm.  Daniel 1:20 (NKJV)

You do not need a full load, ‘just a drop of grace’. When you take a drop, for instance of engine oil or olive oil, and you drop it, there is what you call ripples.  It spreads.  Grace spreads in the same manner.  It may start as a little thing.  It may start as a little drop but you begin to see it spread.  You notice that you and your wife have not had an argument in three months. Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.  Job 8:7 (NKJV)

Peace, stability and tranquility become your daily experience.  You realize that you have not had to take medicines that you once depended on.  You notice that every time you open your wallet, there is money in it. It is hard to explain how, but every time you found yourself a quarter to shame, somehow your needs were met.

You notice that your children’s school results have been improving.  This is not something you decided to make happen but it is too obvious to disregard.  It may not come as a loud bang or noise.  There may not be anything noticeable about the exact time when favour dropped into your life but you just start noticing that something different is happening.

That is when you start saying, “I think something is happening, I think ….I think…I think”. It is called the G.O.D factor: Grace On Duty.

PRAYER: Let me find grace in your sight O Lord.
