SEASON OF REWARD
LUKE 1 1-19
This is your season of Reward. You have labored for long. It is now time for God’s pay back. Receive it in Jesus Name. This day, you will enjoy the harvest of your past good deeds. God shall cause you to be remembered in the right quarters. When God wants to reward a man, He sends unto him glad tidings. Glad tidings are pleasant news. It brings a message of hope; news that the situation has turned around for the better or will soon do. Such news gladdens the heart of both the bearer and the receiver. This day, you shall receive Glad Tidings from far and near. Not only that, you will send out good news. Every message you receive (by letter, word of mouth, e-mail, SMS, phone etc), this month shall make you glad.
Glad tidings can change a man’s situation for good. In today’s reading, just a piece of glad tidings brought about the birth of John the Baptist putting an end to decades of barrenness in the lives of the aging parents. It was a befitting reward for years of excellent priesthood for the aged couple. Receive such Glad Tidings in Jesus Name. In the book of Genesis, Jacob was old and waiting for death. One day, there came a report that his son, Joseph, who he took for dead, was alive and ruler in Egypt. His spirit revived. He became strong enough to travel down to Egypt. He even lived many more years. Today, that good news that will reward your years of faithful service is coming your way. Receive it by faith and it shall be yours in Jesus Name. You shall also send out Glad Tidings by the reason of what God will do for and through you. Rejoice and be glad. Have a great day.
PRAYER: Father Lord, remember my labour of years past and send my reward.
